Our Artisans
Regional artists of northern Illinois & southwestern Wisconsin are chosen for their use of nature themes, natural materials, and nature subjects. Such art can inspire those who view and use it to a greater appreciation of the beauty of the nature around us, and lead to greater desire to conserve, preserve, and restore natural woodlands and prairies.
Our artists share a love of the earth's natural environment; that love of nature is evident in their work. Whether designed to be a beautiful functional object or an item for aesthetic pleasure only, whether designed to reflect the pure beauty and peacefulness of nature or one of her darker sides, or even to challenge our thinking a bit, the love of nature remains a force in the work of all of our talented artists.
