Statement: Pewter vessels are turned on a lathe over wooden forms. The Hoopers collect antique forms and reproduce them for use in turning their reproduction vessels, such as tankards and mugs. They also make their own designs so that they can use them in combinations to produce unique one of a kind bowls and vases.
