Patrick Pfeifer

Patrick Pfeifer is 18 and involved in a number of hands-on arts and crafts.  In the galleries, he has block prints and acrylic paintings.  He has crafted a wood and fiberglass canoe with his father and is working on a wooden electric fiddle.

 

 

Statement: Pfeifer has been vacationing and touring local nature areas with his mother, landscape designer and gallery owner Karma Grotelueschen, since he was a toddler, so has a finer appreciation for nature and the complexities of the natural world than most people his age.  He has been a frequent student at the DuPage Art League and the Warrenville Folk-Lore Center music school.  Willing to try any art form and showing aesthetic talent and physical skill in all he tries, Pfeifer is an artist to watch.  Patrick recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
