Grotelueschen's love of nature has always been what inspired her as a photographer. An angle of light and a moment in time, in the life cycle of a plant or a natural ecosystem, are captured by the lens. The way a plant has a unique beauty at various times of day or in different weather, the way light comes through a leaf or flower petal, the ephemeral drops of rain or tinge of frost, a visiting insect, are moments worth preserving. A photograph can focus ones attention on details never before noticed, bringing new appreciation of the intricacy of the natural world. All photos are available framed or matted with images 8x10, 11x13, and 16x20, as are hundreds of other images.
