Statement: Ancient peoples left a record through which we can know only a tiny bit about them. But that bit of knowledge is important to us that we might remember that our time is brief and just as those before us took care of the earth for us, we must take care of it for future generations. The images that Barbick reproduces speak to us through the ages and tell us important messages about how we should treat each other and our earth. Read more about Barbick's art at www.ancientartreproductions.com Media: Barbick uses hand and power tools to carve scale replicas of images of rock art made by ancient native peoples on canyon walls in the United States and elsewhere. The images are carved onto stone slabs, generally slate or sandstone. Barbick makes a full range of sizes of wall art reproductions as well as smaller paperweight size and miniatures for key chains and pendants. A statement about the image or symbol is included.
Customization available: Call to inquire about images, sizes, stone colors, and prices. (630) 393-4598 |
